First...Apria insisted on taking my credit card information even though your insurance is valued.

Second...Apria insisted that I make an appointment with an Apria office consultant as they could not locate a part number

Third...the consultant verifies the correct supply part but orders the incorrect part.

Fourth...the 800 number verifies the order in the system and assures me that the right part has been ordered.

Fifth...I received the wrong part due to the consultant's error. I must now wait for up to 3 business days for them to research it and then another ten days to wait for a new order.

In years of dealing with Apria, I have received incorrect parts more often than correct parts.
