My wife and I have been dealing with the billing problems with the company for the last 2 years since our purchase of her CPAP machine. This is the worst health care company I have worked with.
The level of incompetence by the billing department is amazing. Avoid this company at all cost. You will be glad you went with another company. The billing department of the this company is the essence of incompetence.
they made her machine a rental instead of purchase and we have been dealing with them for over 2 years. BAD, BAD, BAD. the last thing they did was refer me to a phone number for a complaint department which apparently doesn't even exist.
Their own customer service person tried the number and could not get through. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this company.
