Husband uses cpap machine and purchased from them 3 years ago. At first we were happy with the service but the last two years it's been absolutely awful.

No one knows the insurance coverage and charges you. When you call they say they have you with a credit and will keep it for future. Waited 30 days for money to be returned. Since then we got miss information from every person we talked to.

We Even were on a conference call with insurance company twice to prove what out coverage was. Enough is enough.

Found a new company and now we block there calls. Save yourself the time, energy and anger: call another company
