Not resolved

I have been trying to get Apria to pick up their equipment that my mother used for more than a year. Repeated phone calls result in the proverbial runaround.

They always say they need a doctors note to pick it up. My mother passed away and I am NOT sending them a death certificate or a doctors notice.

I will sell the *** stuff at a yard sale if they do not want it. I tried again to contact them today and was told the same thing, again. I had already quit paying for the equipment more than a year ago.

Maybe I should start charging them a storage fee?
