Yesterday my mom's CPAP had an error code that says "contact service." I called. A very nice person said I'd get a call back "today." After several hours, when my mom's ready for bed and it's late, I call back.
"Someone will call you today." "When does today end?" I call back the next day. "Someone was supposed to call you yesterday." Duh. "Someone will call you today." Three more calls. No return calls.
Request to speak to supervisor.
Again, no response. Zip.
