I had hip surgery, and Apria was supposed to deliver a walker to my home on the day of discharge. They didn't.

I was lucky to be able to use the cane instead; but if that hadn't been the case, I would not have been able to go to the bathroom. This is very, very bad service . . .

and dangerous for the patient. I'm now trying to cancel the walker, but have been on hold for half an hour.

If I don't get through to Apria, they may deliver the walker today and charge me for it. This is very upsetting.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of apria walker. Apria needs to "cancel my order" according to poster's claims.
