What a disaster!! Customer service is a hopeless run around that I am sure is well rehearsed.

I have been trying for six weeks to get a defective cpap replaced.

The equipment manufacturer, HDM, told me they need an RMA from Apriadirect so that the device could be replaced. Apria has had the device now for five weeks and they still have not offered any explanation of what they are doing or when I can expect to receive a replacement machine.

Product or Service Mentioned: Apria Cpap Machine Rental.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
