This company is making money form pooor people, old people, persons that dont have any relatives to support them. They tell you one thing when you call, they suppose to add notes on their system regarding your needs, the way you need your order and when you call back, you find out on your last call they just ignore all what you requested, you ask for a supervisor and they put you on hold for more than 20 minutes, then someone else pick up the line and you have to start you request/complain all over again..
then again thay put you on hold for another 20 minutes and someone else come to the line until you are so frustrated and hung up. All they do is apologize, put your call on hold, and bill you for thing you don't order, and i know that a lot of old people that dont have a way to complain are been charge and treated very wrong.
Is there any company that can do something about it. We asked Helth Net to change is to another company and they refused, they wanted to keep doing business with Apris even with all complains from the patients.
