This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I am a buyer so I deal with a lot of suppliers. Sent my mom home with suction machine and no trach supplies.

Called the next day, got the run around and then called a second day, on the phone with 5 or 6 different people trying to get this expedited to no avail.

Even though one person reentered the order for me and told me someone would call back to confirm and no one ever did, Called a few other people / numbers and another person said they were transferring this up to a manager and then transferred me into no man's land where after 20 minutes on hold and no idea where I stood in line, I hung up. Thank God she didn't need this trachea to breathe!

I've had to call twice about screws working their way out of my electric hospital bed. The service reps were always polite and helpful and gave me accurate ETA's. The repair folks were always polite and fixed the problems.When I called the last time to get an ETA the service rep explained to me that she could not give me one at that time but to please call back in 40 minutes after my service request had been processed. I did and sure enough they were then able to give me one. All in all I couldn't be happier with their service.

I was a patient of another company until my company changed insurances. I was switched to APRIA in January and I have meet a couple of the delivery guys. They were both very helpful. Brian and Todd have been here 2 or 3 times each and have always been very professional and more than helpful. I know call centers may be a problem but these 2 guys have made me a very satisfied customer. 1 of each of these 2 guys in each department would make APRIA a great company. Yes there have been a few wrinkles but nothing that doesn't happen with any large company. Coo dose to APRIA Winston-Salem for hiring them. - Very satisfied O2 Patient.

Anyone who has given this co. your credit card # fax them NOW that you do not authorize any charges put on your card until YOU give them permission!! I was charged over $1400.00 because the ins. co. denied the claim pending medical reports. They billed me the next day instead of waiting for the ins. payment. After THREE hours on the phone and finally a conference call between the ins. and apria and me, they credited my card! What a nightmare. I was leary about giving them my card number but because i needed supplies and they said this was a new policy I went ahead and gave them my number. NEVER AGAIN!
