I ordered CPAP supplies and was told they'd arrive in 3-5 business days.I called after two weeks to tell them I didn't get my supplies. I had to leave a message. They called me back and said they tried to get in contact with me several times, but couldn't reach me so they CANCELED my order. I had NO messages that there was a problem with my order on my cell phone or on my home phone. Needless to say I'm not doing business here again!

Incorrect billing on credit card | Apria review

Details
I was billed the exact same amount on my credit card in just 3 days apart for monthly rent. I told Kaiser the other issues I was having with apria and told them how bad the company was to deal with. I'm going to tell them to pick up all the equipment.

Paid my bill on 7/12/19 rep. Said I was all up to date. Insurance said I am covered from 5/10 to 8/9 Just received a bill for $691.40 (HOW) they try to say it was copy's but never received a bill for May June July until now for a insane amount Called them reps were rude realized they were charging me for stuff I didn't have and gave me several other figures that I owe from 514 to 579 they are clueless

Contacted numerous times with a response that I would receive a call concerning a new CPAP because a replacement was required. No call backs, despite promises, and very poor commitment to customers. If you have an option do business with a competitor that offers better service. Apria sets the low bar, so exceeding their customer service would be very simple.
