Apria - This is the WORST company EVER!!!!!

Someday the losers who work for Apria will be sick and dependent on others for care like I am. I hope and pray that they receive the same horrible care that they so gleefully give to apria customers because they deserve it.

Apria - Can't believe this company is still in business

Jumped through hoops to get my CPAP prescription and order in with Apria and now they tell me that they will not ship my supplies without an authorization. Called my insurance and got on a three way call between Premera, Apria and myself to clarify that no preauthorization is needed. It's been a week later and still no supplies nor a call from them. Waiting on the call with Apria customer service and it is deja vu again as they continue to claim that they need an authorization. Would have given them a zero star if it were possible. What sucks is there isn't a wealth of DME suppliers in my insurance network. Probably have to go to CPAP.com and pay out of pocket at this point.

Apria - Pissed consumer

I return supplies back in Oct. 2018 and they still keep billing me. I have talk to them and all they say is we will look into it. This is the wost company that I have ever have had the pleasuer to work with. They have no cosumer service and don't even try to call you back.]

I have had no issues with products received from Apria. I had been set up to receive supplies once every 3 months with automatic withdrawals. I noticed withdrawals at radom, not corresponding to ordering dates. Never received a notice for upcoming withdrawals or after....
