Not getting supplies

I started with the process of getting a cpap in August. It took 5 calls just to get it started. However, the mask was not appropriate- they didnt have me meet with a respiratory therapist and I ordered a new one, after much independent research. I ordered it on November 24th and was told it was in stock and would ship immediately. It is December 22nd and its still not here. Called last week and it was being processed and would be shipped out immediately. So now I have a machine Im being charged for that I cant use because I have no usable mask.

Exactly the same thing has happened to me. Have not received the mask yet, even though the unit was sent a month ago.

Being billed even though I don’t have the product. Plus you can’t understand their bills and they put you on hold for 1/2 hour when you call.

Horrible customer service

After buying a sleep machine as ordered by my physician I was told i had 30 days to return if needed. After one use my doctor told me to discontinue use because of major health problems. After being on hold for 30 minutes the first call, 3 transfers and additional holds I was told that my physician had to send a referral to them stating "discontinue use" That was done and it took me 45min on hold 4 transfers and a supervisor that said she had to wait to speak to an additional supervisor. I asked for her to listen to the "Recorded call" where I was given this information. She said that would take too long. So why record the call?? I never received the call from any other supervisor.

Apria deserved to be sued. I brought them into a courtroom. I won. Do not EVER give Apria your credit card #.Never use Apria

Took to long to revive oxygen when final received I didnt need it anymore took two months almost three to lick back up

Apria, my DME said 2 weeks wait now 3 weeks.

Just want my Resmed Airsense 10 to replace my recalled Philips Dreamstation 1. I know Philips claim a one year waiting period for the repairs but DME said 2 weeks for my Resmed Airsense 10. Sounded good. After 2 weeks waiting, none. I will wait another week

Need power supply on vacation forgot powe supply

I called Sunday for power supply which I forgot on vacation! I called Sunday gave them information credit card information the said they would over night in Monday. I called Monday to confirm said everything was good to go. On Tuesday the power supply did not come. I called and they said respiratory therapist had to call me first. Never received, crazy. So I had to go a week without my c-pap.

I have not received my product and someone was supposed to call me never did

My doctor from Kaiser Permanente had ordered for me to get a stem cell machine in the mail and I never received it and when I called they said they call me right back and nobody ever did so kind of pissed off that I dont have my product No one has followed up or called me back I am not happy

Does not have medical equipment

I am a new patient to Apria. I received a referral from my Pulmonary Doctor who ordered a CPAP machine and all the required accessories. I have been waiting a few weeks for the delivery and when I called Apria they advised me that all of their CPAP devises are on back order. They have no CPAP machines and I may be waiting months for a machine. What ?

Horrible service, constant mistakes on supplies

I have gotten a CPAP machine and get my supplies from Apria for 5 years. This is probably the worst company I've ever dealt with. They make mistakes about half the time with the supplies they send. They charged me full price a couple of times, then received payment from the insurance company and didn't refund the money -- until I stumbled across the problem a year later. Call them and they transfer you to another department, then often to another one after that. Worst company eveFind r.

AWFUL SERVICE!!

Why give a delivery time window when the time frame is never met. Expected a bed delivery by 2pm, it was delivered at 8:45pm and only after numerous calls asking for update. Today is day 3 of trying to get said broken bed exchanged between 10-2 and still not there. Avoid using at all costs!

Paid 7 extra hrs to caregiver to help transfer patient to new bed on 3 separate days! Promised it would be delivered TODAY between 10-2. Rep said Apria is short on drivers. Hire and train the help that is needed to properly run your Co!

Order never arrived

Called in an order through my doctor. I paid over 3 weeks ago. Order has never arrived. I either want a complete refund, or more importantly I would like my order filled and delivered.

Dumping/Abandoning Patient

Notified of discontinuation of service with no assistance in transitioning or referrals to other Durable Medical Equipment companies. Threatening to pull all equipment and stop supplies whether or not we can find another company. Patient has a trach and is on a ventilator living in his own apartment inclusive in community and pulling all his equipment without another Durable Medical Equipment company picking up the case will cause him to have to be hospitalized/live in a Nursing Home.

User's recommendation: Do not use this company. This patient was with them 32 years and they made a lot of money and now are dumping him.

Sent wrong pap items.

I ordered replacement items for a F20 mask system large and received a new F30 mask with two replacement cushions. I specifically asked for the F20 stuff and mentioned that I tried a F30 last time and preferred the F20. It appears that someone decided I should have the other mask for some reason. I will keep the wrong stuff since my billings have been screwed up most times I received them. Last time I received supplies I didn't order and returned them and I was billed for the returned items and the ins co refused to pay for the replacement items. I have never dealt with a more incompetent company in my life. I will be going to sleep technologies next time I am eligible for supplies. .

I was told a month ago by sales rep that my new mask had been ordered. Everytime I called I was either told the couldn't find tracking number and to call another number I tried calling that number and could never get through. It took me a month to get help only to find out it was never ordered.

I was turned over to a collection company for a bill I never received

This company turned me into a collection company, they were supposed to come to my house and pick up their unit and they never showed up , we waited over two months. then I get a call from a collection agency demanding payment on an unpaid balance. I have a credit score over 800, this is a blemish on it!! I didn't even get a bill,is this the way to do business? I guess you could add me to the list of pissed off customers.Now I'm going to return the unit at my expense, I think I should send out a bill for my trouble!
