Apria - Unprofessionalism, no customer service.
Window of time to pick up equipment, 330pm-730pm. 915pm, no call, no show. Called Apria, the OFFSHORE agents with broken english said it was cancelled. Then they told me tomorrow, anytime before 9pm. OMGGGG. Their expectation beck and call. *** off. Someone please shut APRIA DOWN.

Thus far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Hopefully when and if you order from them you won't need your product for at least a month, that's how long it will take.
