I was approved on December 18th for a new rollator (walker with wheels) because the one I'd been using had lost a wheel. I've made over a dozen phone calls and talked with a different person each time in order to expedite the delivery of a new one.

I was told for 2 days that it was "on the truck" but when I called FedEx I was informed that although they the shipping label they didn't have the product. I called Apria and asked for a supervisor. (I think his name was Dan). He said he's look into it.

Before he could act on it the rollator arrived. I'm 81 years old and just prying the box open was difficult - then I had to assemble it! I immediately realized that it was 3 inches shorter than the one I was replacing when I had explained to the dozen people I'd talked with that because of my particular malady I had to lean on the arms of the walker and therefore wished to have one that was 3 inches taller. Since its arrival I've made more calls to the company and have been told "A replacement will be delivered to you today" (that was last Friday).

I've called again today and same old answer - "I'm sending that information over." TO WHO!!!!

No one ever gets back to me. I will be report them to the BBB.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
