I called to get a delivey of 4 tanks and a pick up of 6 empties. The ninny that took my call wanted to bring out 24 tanks.

I told her I dont have room for 24 tanks. I asked for 6 and was told they can't come out just to drop off so few. My wife was on the 8 week delivery schedule, the phone person wanted to cut it down to something like two weeks. I have Kaiser and will call them to complain about the phone service, the delivry guy did anything I asked for, it is just the customer service on the phone that sucks.

I will continue to complain until I get my way. This is a very important issue to me.
