I went to Apria for a CPAP machine. I insisted they call my insurance company and determine exactly what my portion of the machine would be.

I was told my total cost would be a certain amount. Then I was billed an additional $200. The customer service person at first agreed I had been told a different amount but then later said she had been forbidden to talk to me about it. What a bunch of liars and cheats.

This company has MULTIPLE complaints but nothing is done. WHY?

Apria has zero concern for the consumer. The Charlotte, NC branch is a total ripoff.

They are also overbilling me. I contacted them and they said they would adjust my bill and it's been over one month and they've done nothing.

They are sent me the bill again. The bill still has charges for items that I did not order and they did not ship.

I am contacting them again. If I see no action, I am going to contact my local news action hotline and the California attorney general.
