I went to Apria for a CPAP machine. I insisted they call my insurance company and determine exactly what my portion of the machine would be.
I was told my total cost would be a certain amount. Then I was billed an additional $200. The customer service person at first agreed I had been told a different amount but then later said she had been forbidden to talk to me about it. What a bunch of liars and cheats.
This company has MULTIPLE complaints but nothing is done. WHY?
Apria has zero concern for the consumer. The Charlotte, NC branch is a total ripoff.
