I am trying to return an oxygen concentrator. I missed a phone call from Apria.
When I returned the call to the number given, I got Kaiser durable equipment. After waiting more than 30 minutes. I was told that it was the wrong number and transferred to Apria. The person who promptly answered, took my name and birthdate then put me on hold for more than 40 additional minutes.
While I was on hold, I went on the chat line. I was told there that I had been given the wrong number! Another number was typed onto the chat screen but my chat was somehow terminated before I could copy it down. When I tried to get back on, I could not.
Shortly after that my phone call was also terminated: after more than 1 hour and 12 minutes. Never have I seen such poor service!
