Apria Customer Service told my husband that they would come to the house to service his oxygen concentrator on March 16 (no time given).They didn't show up or call.
He called them the next day. No explanation and no apology were offered. The next available appointment time was for a month later, April 13. This time, he was told the service technician would be here between 9:00 and 1:00.
No show, and no phone call. He just called Apria again to find out what was happening.
"The service technician will be there tomorrow.Is there anything else I can do for you?" My husband muttered something about the fact that the date kept moving, and the customer service person said good bye.
