We were told that an Apria consultant would be at our home between 9 PM and 10 PM to deliver a nebulizer. We turned out the lights at 10:30 and they never showed up.
Getting you on the phone is impossible. I know you're probably overwhelmed by the rise in health care needs but when you set a date, you should keep it. The people who call upon you need your service and you apparently don't give a ***. I'll take care of this in person because you are close but what of those who cannot hop in their car and pay you you a personal visit?
You should do much, much better. Your patients deserve it.
