I too have many complaints about this company. in I January 2018 I was delivered a external breathing machine and the 173.00 payment was waved.
But The payment came out of my bank account. I have made several phone calls each assure me my account will be credited. Here it is month later. and no refund.
Every time you talk to someone at Apria you are given a different answer I think they need better training. And that press 1 for, press 2 for and so on, is for the birds.
I hate this company but the only one I can find in my area that takes Humana Ins. And than there is Humana what a joke when these two are combined.
