I was asked, (by automated service if I needed new supplies). I replied yes.
they asked if I needed new pillows, filters, mask, hose, chin strap,. I replied "no chin strap". They send everything minus chin strap. But no head gear with the mask which renders it useless to me.
I have asked before to buy the head gear,They replied we can not sell this separately. (Now how do I use these supplies)? The head gear is what wears most often!
I DON'T LIKE DEALING WITH AUTOMATED SERVICES FOR THIS PURPOSE. I need a contact number for someone local " that speaks clear English"
