I have tried to secure replacement cpap equipment and have found a whole division of apria incompetence. All they are interested in is who is your insurance. I am a cash paying customer and have a zero balance bill. I also have insurance if I chose to use them.

Then the customer no service dept via phone on the 800# speaks little or no English. If I wanted to call INDIA and listen to some unbroken "English" I would do so at my leisure. Not while trying to conduct business.

Apria...give us a break!!! You are not the only provider of health care equip!

Monetary Loss: $2000.
