I was put on a C-Pap machine in December and I would call to get a replacement mask that with Medicare I should get one a month. I would call the Hickory Office In N.C.

and I would be told someone would call me back. No phone calls; I called again today and it took 23 minutes for someone to answer the phone, when getting a hold I told them I contacted Piedmont sleep center and they told me I should get one a month - IT Has Been 5 months, and I haven't gotten one. She ordered me one right then. But I was told that I have to call every month for a replacement.

I asked if I had to wait each time 23 minutes for someone to answer, she refused to answer the question. Some one needs to check into the office in Hickory North Carolina I think the employees there are playing instead of working.

Monetary Loss: $250.
