Refered to Apria by PHP in OCT 2014. Apria asked for a huge amount of documentation, which was submitted by doctors and service providers.
In Nov 14 was told I'd receive supplies in 7-10 days. Didn't happen but received a letter saying needed face to face by PHP and signed sleep study. Provided, again told supplies were coming. But got another letter saying needed more justification "because Medicare needed it"...provided.
Again told I'd get the supplies. This continued until May 2015 whereupon I told them to destroy my records and that "we are done". I went to Ashbery Healthcare today and got immediate service.
Apria cannot recover key data or records and every call was like starting again. VERY POOR Healthcare service provider.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person is quite happy with individual reps were polite and stated that there is a room for improvement of customer service and holding records hostage. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of cpap machine and associated monetary loss in the amount of $2000.
