First noticed small charges to credit card that were covered by insurance--inquiry to Apria they said did not have proper paperwork--took 2-3 months to fix with them. Had to get the charges reversed by CC company and block them from future charges---now they have dragged up new charges from 9 months ago--same thing will get it fixed eventually but how many people just pay to make them go away??? I will fight these guys to the end and would really like to see them in court and have a judge see what happens--don't believe they would want that Don't use these guys at all

You are right on the $$. Apria is very cold-blooded and thoughtless. They do not 'assist' but rather 'insist' that you pay amounts that you do not owe!!!!
