Oh Aprea suggested I change my insurance

I have chronic COPD emphysema and sleep apnea I am also permanently disabled.

With no notice Apria called me today to tell me I am no longer in their network on a Friday and they will be picking up their equipment on the same day

My insurance said I am covered till May of next year . My insurance calls Apria to talk to them , connects me with the call the Rep from Apria proceeds to tell me I need to have my insurance call them . What a bunch of *** you just were on the phone with my insurance

Needless to say I am without the treatments I need and required to use all weekend

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
