I have been supplied by this company for years. Within the past year, they have put up obstacles to speaking with customers.

They "reps" are incredibly ignorant, often do not speak enough English to be understood, and the audio on their end is so faint, they are totally unintelligible. Every time I speak with them, there is a problem, and it takes from 15 min to 35 min. Today I had to call back 8 times to reach someone, even with a heavy accent, that could be understood. When I finally reached someone, they were put off.

Avoid this company. Unfriendly.

Product or Service Mentioned: Apria Customer Care.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $599.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Apria Cons: Ignorance of telephone reps, Reps do not speak intelligable english, Reps are uninformed, Reps have wasted inordinate amounts of my time, Company does not offer responsible customer service.
