Apria - I have been trying to get new supplies for two months,even my doctor has tried to help me and the sleep apnea facility and the repres have given them and myself the run around. Stressful and very sad.
They first told me that my order would be shipped out then after not receiving them I ,I mean I have called them daily for the last two months.They eventually told me they were investigating my order,thento find out they said that they needed the script signed by the doctor and the doctor was baffled as I was. They signed it,still no supplies.
I am waiting and wondering why do I have to go thru all this stress just to live.
I need my supplies.I really hope they put my order in and realized that I really need this andf this is no joke. Help is needed and appreciated.Thanks so very much and God bless and I hope that I do not have to be treated like this again.
