I have tried to switch oxygen service, but within 5 weeks have been unable to start service with Apria. I talked to one customer service agent.
She said she would call me back. Got a phone call back from James, supposedly the manager on 2/14/18. Talked to him twice.
He said someone would call me that day(about a week ago), but have not heard from anyone. I thought Lincare was bad, but this is way worse.
