Apria always claims "You are the best part of Apria". Don't believe it.
I have asked for a number of weeks to correct my address - they didn't.
They don't now what equipment models I have.
They send supplies signature required - even when I told them not to.
They send customer complaint calls to the wrong menu choice.
I am sick of them. I am sure they would all have a better day if they had not customers to deal with.
When they call me - I have to answer their security questions (this is backwards). If I could change DME's I would do it in a heartbeat.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
