I was prescribed a new CPAP machine. I went into the local Apria store and gave them my original doctor's prescription.

They took a copy, showed me an example of what I would receive and told me I would be contacted in 2-4 days. I received a message from "Alan" at Apria, asking me to call back a specific toll-free number. The recipient of my return call was so focused that I did not have Alan's extension (because it was not provided to me), that after telling her for 10 minutes I didn't care about Alan, all I wanted was help getting the account set up and equipment shipped. She never did help me.

I called again and another woman answered.

She said she could help me, but put me on hold over 15 minutes and STILL NEVER helped me.

This customer service sucks!!!

I will not work with this company!!!! Sad ***

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: nothing to do with this company again.

Without a doubt the worst customer service department of any company in America....congratulations beat out Comcast and Bank of America.
