Called when the oxygen concentrator started to "make noise" Remember these aren't young people getting this service...for the most part these are elderly! First they never answered their phone M-F on hold for 20 minutes never accessed so I called the provider line...hummmm,,got through also their "new customer line" is always answered...
They wanted her to problem solve including clean the filters...if she could crawl on the floor she probably wouldn't need oxygen! Unresolved issue no service visit NOW the machine stops working at 12 midnight. They want her to problem solve again...she is 86 years old guys!!! Did they schedule a visit?
no, did they alert their daytime crew to visit or at least call? no Did they ever come on a weekend? operative representative says only for emergencies?
What constitutes an emergency no oxygen...good grief..Tried to get it transferred to another company...almost two weeks ago they did not respond to the new company. Abuse, neglect, poor service, and abandonment, need to look for Medicare Fraud ..........you bet
