My wife and I were staying at a Denver, CO motel for my wife's cancer treatment. After the 3rd night at the hotel my Cpap died.
Contacted Apria healthcare service center in Denver. Expained the issue and they said one would be delivered to our hotel the next day. No one ever showed up. Contacted Apria again and they told me a respiratory Specialist would call me.
No one every contacted me at my motel. Called again, same story but said they would call before 4:30 pm, and again no one called. After several more attempts i gave up and went to the nearist Apria location. I took the unit to them, told them it was the power supply.
They verified the power supply was bad, gave me a new one and I was on my way. Why all the ***
