My husband's O2 was no longer needed. The doctor had a stop order.

I called to get a pick-time for the O2. I was told Thursday before 1 PM. I couldn't get a more specific time. At 1 PM on THursday, I called since no one had come to get the O2.

I was told the order was for next Tuesday before 1 PM and they could not tell who had given me the incorrect date. I work on Tuesday afternoon so I can't be there until 1 PM and I know they hadn't said Tuesday. Supposedly, they will be here by 11 AM on Tuesday. If not, I'll be back here with another complaint!

I waited on the phone for over 45 minutes to talk to a person - all the time listening to "Your time is important to us" every 30 seconds. Actions speak louder than words!
