I received a cpap machine in May '15. It was a rental that would be mine after 10 months during which my insurance company and i would both make monthly payments.
They billed for 14 months. I received a refund for the overcharges in November '16. They started billing again in March '17 and won't provide a copy of the basis for the charges.
Their calls are are automated calls received daily. I only reach an offshore call center who cant help unless i give them my credit card info.
