I haven't purchased cpap supplies from Apria since 2013. Had billing issues and last order was wrong product.

Couldn't contact anyone who followed through in getting me credit and correct product. Paid all my charges from them in early 2014. Twice in the past year, once last fall and in this past March (2015) I have received a statement from them with outstanding charges. No date of service or what was provided shown.

Repeated calls to them go unanswered with wait times of 30 to 50 minutes.

Apria is a company I will not do business with or recommend. Local branch refers me back to the billing/payment center and the cycle of nothingness starts all over.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

The billing issues and the patients ability to contact them are still issues.
