This company has absolutely no business having a contract to deal with Medicare customers and the elderly let alone being the only one in the Charlotte approved by medicare. They have no organization and people skills and are incapable of providing a truthful answer of when they will be processing their paperwork and getting Oxygen delivered in a timely manner.

They have had an urgent order of over a week and blame everybody but themselves for not being to deliver their products.

When you do get through to the customer service that by the way is located in Manila Philippines they can not speak English and avoid the truth.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Apria Cons: Not receiving promised documentation.

Apria and ALL the others DON'T GIVE A *** about Medicare Patients. If you have a PPO you will get FIRST CLASS SERVICE as they get paid MORE MONEY. Just THANK the COON in THE SEMI-WHITEHOUSE for F@#KING up Medicare.
