Once I got through the menu options and put on hold (35 minutes), the person came on the line and immediately hung up. Called back - 25 more minutes hold time.

Trying to get CPAP equipment sent to me. 3 different times, they had to verify my shipping address.

A week and a half later, I received a box that seemed to be empty (it contained the nosepiece only...). That was on Thursday.

After calling (again - another 20 minutes on hold), they wanted (again) to verify my billing address, I was told that the CPAP machine would show up in a couple of business days.

I received it on Monday (without the headstrap to hold the nosepiece to my head) and without any way to connect the hose to the nosepiece.

This "Business" should NOT be allowed in nature (or anywhere else)!!!

They are a "healthcare CAUSER" - NOT a Healthcare PROVIDER!!!!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Apria Cons: Customer service, Way they do business, Business practice.

It took several "Teeth Pulling Sessions", but they finally did send all of the equipment. What a horrific experience!
