MY DOCTOR ORDER A NEW CPAP MACHINE FOR ME. AT THE TIME MY OLD MACHINE IS ONE I'VE HAD SINCE APRIL 2008.

I NEVER RECEIVED THE MACHINE. THEY CLAIMED IT WAS SIGNED FOR. I DIDN'T SIGN I AM BED BOUND. THERE ARE TWO PEOPLE IN MY HOUSE.

MY RELATIVE CAN ONLY SIGN HIS NAME HE CAN'T WRITE IN CURSIVE. HE CAN ONLY WRITE HIS NAME. MY DOCTOR AND I BOTH REQUESTED A COPY OF THE SIGNATURE RECEIPT.

THEY HAVE YET TO PROVIDE IT.

THEY GAVE ME A SUBSTANDARD ELECTRICAL BED THAT HAD TO BE REPLACED WITHIN A YEAR. I AM SO DONE WITH THEM.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
