This company needs to be investigated. I have the same story as so many others.
Phone runaround and disconnections, lack of communication, equipment promised and not delivered. How are they still in business? We are talking about critical medical equipment, not cleaning products. My son is still in the hospital because of Apria.
We were about to head home from the hospital and I decided to call them just to make sure they were delivering the oxygen and bipap machine in the afternoon as promised. I was told it would be 3-9 days before the equipment was delivered.
WHAT??? When asked what I should do in the meantime they told me "he should just stay in the hospital".
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
Apria Cons: Call center - poor service do not use this company.
