There was a small gap in our insurance of a few months, and therefore we legitimately owe Apria some money. We will gladly pay, but we need to see an itemized bill, and not just blindly pay over the phone.

Even a itemized bill via email would be sufficient. They say they will send a bill and they never send a bill. They say they will send a bill via email but never do. They have turned part of the bill over to collection agency.

What is up with this company? Do they not realize if they want a customer to pay a bill the customer should see the bill!

The most poorly run company I have ever seen. Do not see how they can stay in business.

Send them an email or a fax telling them that you will not pay them until they send you an itemized bill. If they refer you to a collection agency, send them a copy of your correspondence show your willingness to pay -- if they bill you.
