They did not show up for service two times in as many days. They do not call to tell you that they need to reschedule.

I had to find them. When I call their Centennial, Co. location and press appropriate line on different occasions, there is a busy signal. There was no option to even leave a message.

They delivered so many oxygen tanks that it was overkill. Apria also would try to push other unnecessary products and testing on me. I believe if you have insurance, Apria believes they will just pay the bill. Not on my watch.

Basically, they could care less about their customers or the rising and unnecessary insurance costs that they contribute. I will purchase my own oxygen equipment and supplies online and never do business with this inferior company that has a well deserved F rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.
