I changed to Walgreens as soon as I could after years of problems. 10 months after no longer using Apria I got a robocall for supplies.

I was occupied making dinner and thought it was Lincare who took over Walgreens. After putting in the order, I realized my mistake of placing the order and called apria.

Being assured the order would not be shipped, BUT if it should then I should return it. Well I called and after 72 hours I am still waiting for the call back for the return.

Their respiratory therapist in Schaumburg was so rude.


Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Apria Health is horrible. I called as a first time patient only to be transferred 3 times then disconnected.

Each person I spoke to was rude. No customer service skills.

I cannot believe this company is profitable.
