The scene at apria is all about revenue the branch manager makes 75,000.00 per year and the perk is a 10 to 15,000.00 bonus if he/she reaches her revenue goal. So in essence all that striving for 5'ing is volume to make the branch managers salary and perks.

Find another oxygen company and file a complaint with the attorney general of your state. Attorney general consumer frauds. write your complaints on rip off report. The company is on a points system they are now trying to penetrate hospitals God help us all .

We should be scared for our lives with these clowns in control.

The people they hire care nothing about your equipment. They have to take calls make calls and keypunch all day long .

What about those Kaiser Points values?. Who do you think benefits from those Kaiser points?.

Its what they base salaries on its all revenue in this business its always about the money. Especially if you are from the so called

"Show me state" MO. All big business is based on points why?. It is the avenue that creates expansion more borrowing power.

Striving for five does not even exist at this company its a euphemism for the rhetorical and now "Defunct" Avis system "we try harder" . Its a cyclic revenue quota to keep the company rich. The only problem is the higher ups benefit all the time .

Too bad , so sad this is just the start every dog has its day. Its only a matter of time if Payne Webber could go down as hard as it did as well as all the other billion dollar big shots so can Apria.
