There have been numerous mistakes/incorrect supplies with my ordering of my sleep apnea equipment/supplies for years!!I get one excuse after another along with downright lying from customer service and supervisors when and if I am allowed to speak with them..In the meantime I am using dirty equipment because I cannot get the proper equipment for my CPAP unit!This is unacceptable and very emotionally abusive as my husband and I are senior citizens .He has also spoken to them to no avail..there are many employees that have caused this frustration ,not just one incident ..this abuse needs to be addressed and changed as soon as possible!Bernadette D’Amore
