Apria - Was ordered a portable concentrator. Was "supposed to get in

My doctor ordered a portable concentrator for me. Was supposed to recieve it in 7-10 days. No! It has been over two weeks and all i am told it is still being processed. That what i was told when i contacted the company.

Apria - No customer service

Promises to provide care to reduce knee pains and allow ability to walk,but ultimately not able to provide or even call back when promised. Thanks to this website, moved on and getting what i need next week. Waited 22 days in pain for nothing from Apria!

Do not use apria. Ask your insurance for someone else in your area. They do not send new tubes, filter or mask or machine like they should. Report to better business

Call your insurance or if it’s Medicare and asked what companies are doing n your area you can use. Don’t use Apria. They could care less.
