How does a company like this stay in business? Their customer service is awful!

And for who knows what reason they can't seem to recieve a fax of doctor's orders no matter how many times it is sent to them.

HATE having to switch to them from my current provider because of insurance contracts. My son is trach and oxygen dependant.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

SOUNDS LIKE MY SITUATION.FOR 2 YRS DR. CHECKS ME AND FAX THE INFO IN.NO SUPPLIES.AM IN THE PROCESS OF WAITING FOR SUPPLIES AFTER CALLING AGAIN !HAVE BEEN WITH APRIA FOR MANY YEARS,BUT IN LAST 3 YRS.NOT GOOD.MEDICARE HAS TOLD ME THAT I SHOULD BE CLEAR .TALKED TO A YOUNG MAN WHO SAID I SHOULD BE GETTING SUPPLIES.GAVE ME ACCOUNT NUMBER.NO RESULTS.SO MANY PERSONEL INVOLVED.NO ANSWERS
