I generally accept that phone automation is here to stay..that being said, the amount of pure torture one endures with APRIA healthcare is completely soul draining, good will killing, and appears to designed to actually hang you from the phone tree, and smother your desire to reach conclusion. Totally an evil sense of humor designed this "feature", and thought it helpful.
Id rather be water boarded, than ever call then.
Lincare was so much better. I really thought someone was going to find me DOA clutching my phone with some robot singing how happy they were to serve me!
