bought cpap machine from apria and paid my copay. then billed for something i did not buy.
continue to be dogged by these idiots. they have never sent me anything to substantiate their bill. customer service there does not exist.
collection agency listened to my concerns and did not find it a correct billing.
so they sent it to another collection agency. do these people ever try to find out why it isn't a legitimate billing? no. they just continue to harrass you.
i will file complaint with state and see if that will do any good. these companies that do not try to help their customers should not survive.
