My son was in rehab up in Utah and needed a CPAP. He came back home, and didn't want it anymore.
We wanted to return it locally, and after a hard time, they agreed to let us return it at a local branch. We returned it in April. The woman there wouldn't give me a receipt, and they have been billing us ever since. There's no way to talk to the people at the branch itself, and the main office keeps billing us and Aetna.
We've paid them over $500 for a device that we don't have because they're threatening to mess up our credit, but we returned the device!!! The people in the branch can't find it, and now the main office can't reach them.. it's a total cluster. I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone.
They are unorganized, no one knows what the other is doing, and yet they keep billing and billing.
They have committed fraud with the insurance company, but they keep it up... :( We are very unhappy with them.
