Apria has had an order to make corrections on a BiPap machine for more than a month. Every call is sent to someone else but nothing gets done.
BiPap machines are used to save lives but when the equipment does not work properly Apria continues to bill the insurance but not take care of the patient. When asked who is responsible for the patients care I was told no one in particular.
This means no one will take responsiblity when something does not get done. They will have one *** of a law suit if something happens before this machine is corrected.
