When I signed with Apria at the request of my Dr. I gave them my Flex account # From Jan to April, Apria has charged me over 500.00.

Due to them not giving a discription of charges to Flex Spending I had to remove the flex card from the account.

Apria still charged my card when I lodged the complaint the run around started & callbacks that was never returned, Since I had to repay Flex the money, the claim was discounted Apria was to refund me the money 2 months later I was told it will be addressed I am still waiting.

One of The Worst choices I have ever made.
